Green Coffee - Caffè Verde

Green coffee course, divided into basic, intermediate and advanced levels, is dedicated to the knowledge of different varieties and types of green coffee with great attention to botany, agronomy, storage, decaffeinated, grinding and systems of sale.

During the lessons students will be able to analyze the origins, the types of processing and the various defects of coffee, understanding the reason why all these factors are determining and affect the yield in the cup.
