The culture gained over the years, knowledge and knowledge of raw materials, coupled with advanced technology tools, has enabled the creation of a high quality product line, guaranteeing the exaltation of raw material in the processed product, creating a Specialty coffee line and top-quality gourmet coffee.
Scae (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe) trainer from 2012, also obtained the Coffee Diploma in 2013.
Throughout the years through the 9bar training courses, it has been recognized as one of the major exponents in the popularity of coffee quality.
He has been the technical and sensory judge of the Italian Barista Championships for several years, experience through which he has been able to increase his passion for competitions, becoming technical co-ordinator of national finals.
This competition-related growth path motivated him to support bartenders in the various disciplines and over the years has been Coach of several industry professionals who have achieved optimum results both at national and world championships.
