9bar SRL was founded on 25/02/2005 in Returbido (PV) as a training school for barista and bartenders.
Over the years extends its offer to the design and sale of professional equipment, specializing as a consultancy center for design and new opening with innovative ideas and high quality.
Today the 9bar offers a 360 ° support to enter the beverage and coffee industry market in a constantly updated and highly professional way.
As part of the SCA-specialty Coffee Association, 9bar supports and proposes the educational offer withCOFFEE SKILLS PROGRAM ( ex Coffee DIPLOMA SYSTEM), recognized internationally.
9bar is in fact the only training centre in Italy where all the certifications of all the modules of the coffee skills Program (ex coffee Diploma System) can be addressed.
The school uses an area dedicated to theoretical lessons and an area equipped and studied for practical sessions. One of the strengths of 9bar lies is the availability of professional workstations completely dedicated to the single trainee who will have the opportunity, during the training course, to "touch with hand" all the tools and equipments of this job.
